Concealment place
Urban Design Guidelines for Victoria, published by The State of Victoria Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in 2017, suggests that concealment places are: ‘Spaces that are not easily visible and provide the opportunity to conceal potential offenders, their victims, illegitimate uses, antisocial activity or crimes.’
